A Teacher’s Wrath

I thought of posting the second part of Forum Perdana but I’ll do that another time. This is far more important.

You would have read my title and wondered what is I’m gonna talk about. Well, on the 12th Jan 09 Monday, Ustaz Hasbi was furious.

Why is it that I don’t see anyone of you reciting dua Qunut Nazilah?! Why?! This is a very powerful dua, in which I am very confident that if everyone of us recites, the skies and clouds will swallow the Isreali fighter jets, the earth will swallow the tanks and their soldiers.

If you are wondering has this Ustaz gone mad, of course I am! Which teacher would not? I have passed down the knowledge to you and nobody is practising it.

Who has not memorised dua Qunut? I will make you memorise the dua right here, right now.

I wanted to raise my hand, but am just too shy. Haha. Here, a few lessons can be learnt but I will mention a key point.

Act on the ilmu you have received. You’ll be a better and quality person.

Ustaz Hasbi’s lecture covered the following points.

1. Encouraged to repeat the doa. Repetition is king. Do this to up your confidence for Allah.
2. Look for Allah’s rahmat before dua. Eg. Instead of jumping in and say,”Please forgive my sins, all of them” be persuasive and say this,”Ya Allah, You are The Most Gracious and Merciful, only You can forgive my sins. If You don’t, nobody else will. It is You that I, your weak slave turn to for help, please forgive all of my sins, big and small”.
3. Memorise dua Qunut Nazilah
   Can be recited in solat fardhu and sunnat.
   LAST ruku BEFORE sujud.

I hope whatever Ustaz Hasbi mentioned about will inspire you to memorise the duas and put them to practice everyday.
